Positive: Had two one night stays over the past two weeks. The location is good and the parking area is very well lit and feels safe for evening arrivals. On-site staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older property but I observed the staff working hard to keep it clean and provide a good experience. Room met expectations. Breakfast was typical of hotel free breakfast and I appreciate having it. I would stay here again.

Negative: On my first night I was surprised by a kiosk-based checkin system with a real person based in a remote location. They couldn't check me in at first because the name on my ID is slightly different from the name on my reservation and this worried me but I was able to change it in the reservation and proceed. For late night (11PM-6AM) check-ins the kiosk makes sense but I'd very greatly rather be welcomed by a real person who can answer local questions and solve problems. I used the kiosk on the second stay and it was simple - real remote person not just a computer and thankfully not AI, but I'd prefer a real person.

Summary: Great for one night while traveling on the highway. Got rest, felt safe, would stay again.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. They served hot breakfast of scrambled eggs with limited other selections in a small dining area.

Negative: We were fortunate there was an actual person behind the desk at check in. Otherwise there is a kiosk linking to a person on a screen with a difficult accent and a poor sound system. (We had to use the kiosk for checkout). We would definitely avoid this in the future.
