Summary: Sent us to a room with one bed. Then sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. They wanted us to wait 5 minutes while they cleaned it....shouldn't it take more than 5 minutes to clean the room? Finally got a different room with worn furnishings and awful mattresses. The hotel needs a serious makeover

Summary: Everything was good except for the free breakfast. Breakfast had been only open for 45 minutes and most everything was empty and never refilled in all the time my family eat.

Summary: Check in was wonderful and the man working was very helpful. Most of my issues with the hotel were not the hotel workers fault. The rooms are very small but we weren’t there to spend time in the room. Plugs were limited so we had to move the microwave in order to plug in our phones. The biggest issue there was noise. It’s incredibly loud. From the people talking at 3-5am and the sound of the trucks on the nearby highway… it was tough to stay asleep. At about 7, it was like someone was having an old fashion car show in the parking lot. People revving their cars and it was loud. The walls shook. We just got up and decided to drive home. The breakfast bar looked nice. Overall, the price would really have to be right to stay again. It’s very close to the casino though! They offer a shuttle but it was a 3rd party transport that had quite the wait.

Summary: Especially appreciated nightlight in bathroom. Older property but seemed clean. Charging station on bedside lamp didn't work. Check before you rely on it.

Summary: It was very nice and reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the TV/remote. I could not figure it out and a staff member came down and he had trouble but finally got TV channels up but after he left and i started scrolling through them they disappeared and i could never get them back. I had my phone so it was a minor inconvenience.
