Negative: We specifically booked the hotel for the swimming pool. I had called several times before our stay to ensure the pool was working. When we got there, the pool was green and closed. Obviously we were misled because a pool will not go green in eight hours. Something needs to be done about that. I even went as far as seeing if I could cancel my reservation when we walked in the door, and the young lady that has notify me that there would be charges for that.

Negative: When we got the room key and went to the room. The room was never cleaned. Room had a spa tub which was the purpose of me renting that room. So they wanted to put me in a different room that had a broken spa tub. We cleaned the room and changed the bedding just so we had a fully operating spa tub. Didn’t receive a partial refund like the desk lady said. Went down for breakfast and food wasn’t ready.

Summary: It was okay but I may have to find a different place to stay next time
