Positive: Location wise great

Negative: Rooms took longer to get cleaned before checking in (3:45pm). Coffee is only served from 6 to 9. Breakfast choices are severely limited for vegetarians. Only bread and bagel.

Summary: It's an ok place to stay if you are looking to dump your luggage and be outside for most of the time

Positive: Great location for Mt. Whitney, traveling to Death Valley, or just a stop over. Comfy beds, decent breakfast. Great views to the mountains. Lone Pine itself is a friendly small town with decent restaurants and nice for taking a stroll up and down the main drag.

Negative: The hotel is pretty outdated, however clean. Also, it was pretty pricey, in comparison to when we stayed last December. It’s surely due to it being high season now.

Positive: We loved the smaller feel and the beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was a good basic breakfast.

Negative: The pool was very dirty the second day we swam and the rooms got bugs in it easily as the seals on the doors weren't completely closed in the hallway door to outside and our room door.

Positive: Views of the Sierra’s were stunning, Staff very friendly we were greeted every time we saw staff. Clean and comfortable!

Negative: A little worn out; paper peeling in our room, wood work cracking and damaged, sink leaked, curtains didn’t close completely making it hard to sleep past 5:30. Had to clean the spiders off the deck chairs each morning,
