Summary: I had to have a package overnighted to me at the hotel. They had it ready for me when we checked in. All of the staff I spoke with were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The only negative was that it took a while for the shower and the sink to drain. We would stay here again.

Summary: I was impressed and surprised with how nice this hotel was! The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. The gym was a lot better than most hotels. It had free weights and a machine. The breakfast was amazing... eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Wow

Summary: Our first room the bad appeared to have not been changed. It was made but sheets under comforter were jumbled up and there was hair on them. We did go down to front desk and Staff was great about it and promptly after seeing the pictures gave us another room.

Summary: Staff that we encountered were friendly. Housekeeping did not visit during our stay. Unsure if we had to request that service. We needed to request additional toilet paper from the front desk. The room and bathroom, while appearing clean, were aesthetically unpleasing. There was spackle on the wall and caulk cracking in the bathtub. There was also a hole in the inside of the bathroom door. The tv remote would only work properly if you smacked it.

Summary: My stay was very comfortable, and very spacious. It was so relaxing. When I ordered my food from DoorDash, front desk called me to let me know my food was on the up to my room, which I appreciated very much. The staff was so friendly as well, plus their complimentary breakfast was delicious. The only problem I had was the bed sheets, they weren’t all the way clean, but other than that the rest of the room was clean. When I go back to Lexington, I will happily come back to this hotel for another solo trip.

Summary: The lobby looked nice and it went downhill from there. The room had a number of maintenance issues and the shower was a bit dirty in the corners. Breakfast was ok, but I would avoid staying there again.
