Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The counter agent was very helpful and quick about getting me settled. The pool and hot tub were working as expected with plenty of towels. The pool area was clean and neatly kept. The room was great and my only minor complaint would be that things were a bit dated. Lots of channels to pick from on the TV. A/C was super cold!! The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with tasty eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, oatmeal, yogurt, nice selection of breads, milk, coffee, and tea. Easy access to I-70, gas stations, Walmart, and fast food places. Definitely would stay there again.

Summary: We came in very late but still were greeted very warmly, and the rooms we had booked were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast and pool were also perfect. There was an odor of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent that was unfortunate, but we reported it to the manager at the desk, and he was very apologetic.

Summary: We booked ahead of time and thought it would be a great rest stop. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived at check in, we noticed a Sign saying pool out of service. Both of our kids were disappointed. The elevator was out of service so we had to carry our things up a flight of stairs, which is just inconvenient. (Especially since my wife has a neck injury. The building itself had no air flow. We went into our room and the air wasn’t on so we turned it on and the room did cool down in a short time. Went to put some things in the provided fridge and the freezer was full of mold. We decided not to use the fridge. When we woke up we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. It was very simple and ok. Scrambled eggs and 1 choice of meat. The meat tasted like it was cooked in water. Eggs were good. 2 kinds of cereal & bananas. The air quality was just awful. Once you woke up you could tell. We couldn’t wait to leave. This was our first time staying at a quality inn and after this family vacation, we will not be booking again.

Summary: Hotel was OK, we did find a roach in the room when we got there but it was only one and it was small. The pool was shutdown for maintenance and we would have loved to use it. Breakfast was ok, not great, we ran out of eggs and it took quite a while to get more fixed. Front desk clerk apologized so that was something.

Summary: The biggest plus for this property was the interaction with the manager and staff they were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. They were booked to capacity and had no rooms available on the ground floor and there was no elevator (honestly did not think to check or let them know of our disabilities during booking and just assumed they had one since there was more than one floor, I will know better next time we travel) Since both my husband and myself are handicapped the manager took it upon himself to carry up the bulk of our luggage to our room, he was very apologetic the entire time and we greatly appreciated it!! When we saw him the following evening he again apologized and asked if we were staying a third night, if so he would move us. Unfortunately the negatives of our stay outweigh the positives here are the ones you may want to consider before booking your stay with: Beds are horrible and it felt like sleeping on just a box spring =uncomfortable sleep and waking up in pain, Cleanliness needs to be improved it was not horrible but not good: it needed dusting, the shower head has a ton of water buildup on it, it was squealing your entire shower, had no pressure, the tub was very slippery our son fell so we all had to be very careful so we would not have a fall again. Indoor pool cold and needs bottom repair hot tub temperature good but needs repair also. Breakfast had no variety nor did it look good. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
