Summary: What a great non chain motel. The rooms are very attractive the bed comfortable , breakfast had hot options. My only gripe was limited seating in the breakfast area, but overall great. I would definitely go back.

Summary: Beds are great, and room was clean, but room is dated. TV, didn’t work well (channels kept glitching out), refrigerator was leaking, there were several holes in walls, there was no extra lock on the door (and they open to the outside!), and the bathroom walls had some soft spots. As the cheapest hotel in Burlington, we slept ok, but it was noisy and we would choose the Fairfield next time.

Summary: One of the cleanest motels/hotels I have been to in a while. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cold cereal, coffee, etc. Next time I stay in Burlington it will be here.

Summary: This is an amazing place. It's affordable. The rooms are pristine. It's quiet. (Surprisingly quiet!!!) The beds? You can melt into them for a week, they're so comfy. Six out of five stars. Seriously, stay here.

Summary: Nice clean motel. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and new pillows. Complimentary breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast. Met the owner ...a nice guy running the property with his family. Nice to stay at a family run business, and not a big chain.
