Positive: Beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice and warm!

Negative: Sauna wasn't working, hot tub wasn't working, exercise room closed down for the ceiling falling down and all the water leaking in the main entrance to the restaurant...out door to our room had to slam shut every time we closed it cuz it got stuck, our bathroom had parts of the wall taken out...

Negative: Room smelled musty, staff said we were limited to two pool towels even though we had three people in our party, and there was an intoxicated person running around yelling in the hallway between Midnight and 3AM with no apparent ramifications from staff. In-tub bath mat in accessible room was slippery and I almost fell in the shower

Positive: Staff was friendly when you saw them. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Was cost effective.

Negative: The rooms and hallways were not very clean. Staff was hard to find, even during check out hours. Key cards had to be reactivated about 5 times (was not near other cards nor electronics that could deactivate it).
