Summary: Smell like cigarette smoke in the room and the bedding was ripped
Mark Aug 13, 2026 08:13:55 AM
Summary: Room was okay, when we walked in, there was a dirty soiled pillow on the bed with no pillowcase on it, and we returned it to the desk. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows. The lampshade fell off due to poor condition. Overall, the hotel seem to have been renovated with tile and the rooms were decent, but the furniture definitely needs to be replaced overall good experience staff was very friendly. It is the nicest hotel in Fitzgerald, compared to the others which are very rundown.

Brenda Jun 11, 2026 09:16:47 AM
Summary: While the staff was friendly the hotel itself was not very clean. Okay for emergencies but I wouldn't stay more than one night

adam May 29, 2026 09:20:47 PM
Summary: The bed smelled horrid and there was red stuff on my pillows stains on the sheets chairs ceilings walls bathroom. The towels had brown stains all over them, and the rust around the bathroom ceiling was rough shape. I was too scared to try the breakfast due to the shape and cleanliness of this place. I almost slept in the truck.

Summary: This hotel needs some maintenance upgrades. The carpet in the hotel was filthy. They toilet, barely flush in our TV did not work.

Summary: The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the coffee urn was refilled but the attitude of the person was one in which she made me feel I inconvenienced her by interrupting her book reading and/or phone use. Next time I visit Fitzgerald, we will try another hotel.

Summary: The parking was fine and the room was clean but there was a lot of loud activity late at night in the rooms above and out in the hallway

Summary: Parking was great
