Summary: Check in staff was super friendly and kind. There is no elevator on the premises. There is no carpet in the rooms. Bathtub is extremely small. We found a fishing lure in the couch when I went to sit on it. We were woken up at 6am by kids jumping all over in their room above us. Now I understand that this isn't the hotels fault but man oh man are the walls and ceilings thin. Like I said, the staff was amazing and hotel is very clean. Other than that, I would probably not stay there again.

Summary: This was our first time staying here. Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical. But the rooms were very clean. Everything is updated. The staff that checked us in was very nice. I also loved being in walking distance to multiple places. Especially the Family dollar and gas station. I would 100% stay here again.

Summary: Our room was very clean and well maintained. Room service replenished our towels and emptied the trash everyday. One of the better hotels I've stayed at.

Summary: My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn Clare over the holiday weekend. At the time, I thought it was a little pricey but there was limited options because of the 4th of July weekend. Walking in the hotel appeared clean and one of the hosts as very kind and greeted us. Check-in was easy and fast. I didn't see an elevator so staying on the second floor we had to carry out luggage up the flight of stairs in off the lobby. When we got to our room we noticed right away the room's door wasn't latched closed and was slightly open. We also noticed a strange smell of "Playdoh". The room itself was dusty. The ceiling had a strange water stain and the carpet was stained. The beds and pillows were actually very comfortable (a huge plus!) but the sheets were stained. :( We needed ice both mornings before starting our day but the ice machine was out of order. The bathroom was clean but when taking a shower, the shower head was broken and there was making a high pitched "hissing" sound. Water was also spraying out of the top of the shower head so our showers were quick. The chairs in the room were also stained so we didn't sit on them. The continental breakfast was minimal but the area was kept very clean and stocked. It was nice to have a bite before starting our day. Check-out was as easy as check-in. No issues at all. Overall, the staff here are very kind but the hotel itself was run down and not well kept.

Summary: It did not have an elevator. My husband doesn't walk very well, but he climbed the stairs like a trooper. The pool didn't even have a hint of chlorine, but it was just the two of us so it was OK. The breakfast we had was good. There was a large variety of breakfast foods. Hot or cold stuff.

Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The hotel at nite was one of the quietest I have ever stayed at.

Summary: We stayed in a suite and the room was dirty. The toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned before us. The floor was not swept or mopped. Zero toilet paper in bathroom. There were 6 pillows on the bed and 3 did not have pillow cases on them, the zippered covers on 2 pillows had stains on them. The ac/heat unit was VERY loud and not working correctly. The desk chair was soiled on the seat part, I wasn’t able to sit in it as not sure what was on it. The suite had a pull out couch which I specifically had wanted but was not made with sheets, blankets, pillows, etc…I ended up not using it either… The breakfast was very lacking. Only hot food was diy waffles. No protein , not even hard boiled eggs. The girl at the front desk was helpful and gave me toilet paper & pillow cases.
