Positive: Location was close to 75 North, beds were very comfortable, lobby was clean and staff was very kind. Rooms were immaculate and hot tub was perfect!

Negative: Breakfast was a 4/10 with a waffle machine, cereal, oatmeal packet and yogurts. Needed more options for hot food if advertising “hot breakfast”. Back door wasn’t working to access the end of the hotel at the time so we had to walk through main lobby each time. No elevator - had to carry luggage up the stairs.

Positive: Staff was wonderful. Great location.

Negative: The hotel itself was hot, the room was cool though. I had to go back twice to get breakfast. No eggs and only a couple pieces of sausage. The bottom of the bath tub looked dirty. It might not have been but looks mean a lot to guests. No elevator, that should be told when booking. I was ok with it but others might not be able to get bags up all of those steps.
