Summary: The hotel was very unkept, the front doors were filthy, the front counter was very sticky, the room itself was ok. The beds were very uncomfortable and the constant smell of marijuana was very upsetting. The parking was less than desirable, no cameras for the security of vehicles and customers, outside in the corner was a bunch of construction materials that had fallen off the building. This was probably the worst QUALITY INN we have stayed at. One more very concerning thing is that the female staff at the front desk were talking about undergarments they were wearing!!! Very very disappointing..

Summary: Bed In room 309 terrible has divits from others and pillows like 4 by 4 in size what the heck can we get a real size pillow. Bar and grill very good dinner was great.

Summary: My room was a big as an Apartment! The Breakfast cook Jose is great, glad to call him friend! Staff keep you happy and smiling . I’m gonna miss this place when I go home. Thank you, Joe, Jaden, Janice - and Melissa for making it such a great time. Convenient bar/restaurant downstairs with great host! Five Stars All Day… A Must stay in Kankakee!
