Positive: Clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff.

Negative: Our hair conditioner ran out after I used it so I had to call down and request another bottle while my daughter waited in the shower. They did apologize and come up very quickly, but those should be checked each time a room is cleaned.

Summary: Excellent room, excellent hotel, excellent staff—I couldn’t ask for more!

Positive: Very nice facility with modern decor and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is outstanding, and the staff keeps everything fresh and clean. Really enjoyed the stay!

Negative: A few times had to wait for the desk attendant to show up.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent. A good variety, more than I was expecting.

Negative: The HVAC system in the room was rather loud.

Summary: I would stay here again - clean, comfortable rooms and a good hot breakfast.

Positive: The rooms are very big. The bathrooms are very spacious. The breakfast was very great. It was clean. It was quiet. I will most certainly be back.

Negative: The only suggestion that I would suggest would be some form of signs to main entry because I came in from the back side so I assume your entrance was the pool area, which is crazy right I know, but I didn’t realize until I was at the pool door that that was not the main entry so maybe signs directing where the main entry is.

Negative: Only issue is no chairs other than the desk chair. Sitting on the bed is uncomfortable trying to relax. Had to go down to the lobby

Negative: The bed was hard as a rock I tossed all night every night. The tv remote was horrible, half the buttons didn't work. Couldn't move the tv. Couldn't move the yellow lamp nor adjust it at all. The temperature was hard to keep warm, couldn't find a happy medium. There was no room service for simply bringing up water to charge to my room. Late check out was noon ~ not 1pm as standard hotel practices.

Summary: Great location & room design but overall not going to stay again.
