Positive: The rooms are very big. The bathrooms are very spacious. The breakfast was very great. It was clean. It was quiet. I will most certainly be back.

Negative: The only suggestion that I would suggest would be some form of signs to main entry because I came in from the back side so I assume your entrance was the pool area, which is crazy right I know, but I didn’t realize until I was at the pool door that that was not the main entry so maybe signs directing where the main entry is.

Summary: Great overall staff through and through wonderful housekeepers very nice housekeepers

Negative: Only issue is no chairs other than the desk chair. Sitting on the bed is uncomfortable trying to relax. Had to go down to the lobby

Negative: The bed was hard as a rock I tossed all night every night. The tv remote was horrible, half the buttons didn't work. Couldn't move the tv. Couldn't move the yellow lamp nor adjust it at all. The temperature was hard to keep warm, couldn't find a happy medium. There was no room service for simply bringing up water to charge to my room. Late check out was noon ~ not 1pm as standard hotel practices.

Summary: Great location & room design but overall not going to stay again.

Positive: It was clean throughout the whole hotel. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. The pool area was enjoyable. Our room was very nice and roomy.

Negative: The bed was a little too firm, but for medical reasons, I can't sleep on a firm mattress. Other than that it was perfect

Positive: Stayed overnight for a birthday. Kids had an absolute blast in the pool. Staff was very courteous

Negative: Could have been cleaner. We found a stain in our room and we notified staff right away.
