Positive: Room cleanliness and safety. Free continental breakfast was bare-bones, but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The midnight-8 am night clerk was outstanding. Coffee maker worked.

Negative: The hotel was seriously understaffed. Only one person on duty at night. Pool and exercise facility closed indefinitely for "repairs," No light bulb in floor lamp, but desk clerk did not have access to the storage room. No instructions on using "smart" TV with 1000 channels.. No safety bars in shower. Fan in bathroom too loud. Temperature control system fan very noisy and cycled on and off disturbing sleep. Old stains on furniture. Wall coverings peeling off.

Summary: Basically, I felt safe and secure, but the hotel was in a state of decay.

Positive: The location was ok, the room size ok, the bed was comfortable.

Negative: The breakfast was virtually non existant, only waffles and cereal. No yogurt, no fresh eggs. The fitness center was out, the pool was out, which is part of the reason I chose this motel after being stuck in a car all day. Why they don't tell you that on the booking apps or when you check in. Over paid for what we got. I won't be back nor recommend it.

Positive: The breakfast was small only hot foods available were if you made pancakes or waffles. But food was fresh wish they stocked bread so you could make toast and not just bagels

Negative: This hotel is not the best choice for people with disability it sits atop a hill and the front entrance is there so you are either trying to unload safely atop a hill to enter thru front doors or you have to push a wheelchair or make the person climb a hill with cane or walker as the parking lot is lower than the hotel and the handicap parking is also down there When I asked about a safer easier option like a back entrance was told it had multiple steps

Summary: Was ok staff was nice but will not use again due to difficulty for handicap accessibility
