Positive: Staff was excellent, breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked clean and organized.

Negative: For some reason, there is a smoke detector in the room that flashes a bright white light every seven seconds. I know that because I counted it all night long. I asked at the desk and they said it's a light to let you know it's working. It's an absolute nightmare to try to sleep under.

Summary: Beautiful, clean hotel but please fix the flashing smoke detector light

Negative: Housekeeping was a problem. We had no toilet paper...saw housekeeping on way out to our venue said we needed fresh towels and had no toilet paper. Both myself and daughter spoke with them. Came back from venue, still no toilet paper and room was not refreshed. So no tip for housekeeping and we had to purchase our own toilet paper because front desk was no help. Also their breakfast was very lackluster, so not worth it...would not stay here again.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating.

Negative: THE POOL WAS BROKEN! Of all the places I could have stayed, I made sure to pick one with a pool. Hilton said "Booking.com should have reported it on it's web page." Also, Booking.com listed my reservation incorrectly. I had to wait an hour in the lobby while my reservation was found. For the price, I would have liked fresh dry towels and bed made each day. It's not a hostel, it's a hotel.

Summary: Disappointing. Sufficient. Booking.com, Do Better!
