Positive: It was close to our work conference.

Negative: The person who checked us in was nice but she didn’t check us into the system. Because of this at like 5:30am we had someone try to enter our room and our key cards were deactivated which was scary and inconvenient. Luckily we had the extra lock on so they couldn’t enter. We found out later it was housekeeping that was trying to get in but still it was scary to think that someone was trying to enter our room while we were sleeping.

Summary: Decent for short notice work trip.

Negative: Room 139. The laminate flooring was not installed with enough glue. It cracked nearly every step. The popup assembly in the sink was missing. Easy to lose small items into the drain, luckily we did not. The entry door did not meet the door frame at the bottom. Someone would be able to see into our room. I could see the hallway carpet. The sheets were not clean. Hair and debris were present and easily visible, but too late at night to request new sheets. Light switches were visibly dirty.

Summary: It was a convenient location with friendly staff. It was unnecessarily filthy. I would not choose to stay there again. A

Positive: The hotel is in a good location that you can easily walk to different places in Greeley. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms were relatively quiet.

Negative: The hotel is right next to the railway so you hear the train blaring its horn all times of night. The hotel itself is pretty rough on the inside. The breakfast is a 6 year old's sugar-fueled dream. The price is pretty expensive for what it was.

Negative: Parking for truck/RV indicated but not adequate. Parking lot not cleared of snow, vehicles blocking lanes. Older decor, needed updating. Breakfast only waffles and cereal, only served 2 people at a time and had locals or long term stays filling pockets

Positive: I like that the housekeeping crew did not bother me every day to clean.

Negative: One entire wall would short out if I used the microwave more than 3 min, the refrigerator leaked water, and front desk employee was rude. She always made me feel like a bother. Then, the 3rd floor had a ceiling leak for over 3 days, and the 3rd floor started smelling like mold. Also, one light one one side of the bed did not work, so I was down one plug, and there aren't many. The drapes are falling off a little too. On top of all that, you can hear everything outside your room. In the hallway and connecting rooms.
