Summary: Our stay included 2 dogs & I mention this because often it is difficult to find a nice place to stay. This VRBO was nice inside & out! The townhome was very comfortable & furnished as well as being very well appointed with everything you would need; also very comfortable beds & linens.In addition, the neighborhood was pet friendly with good green areas, multiple walkable routes —- all with doggie ‘stations’ of waste bags & resepticles.It was a great choice for us to stay & would gladly return to stay again.

Summary: This is an outstanding place to stay for an extended period. My mother needed to be in Greeley about 6 weeks for Cancer treatments and this place was a godsend. My parents are both getting up there in age and from a rural area. The close proximity to the hospital, the nice neighborhood and the convenience to necessary shopping, exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for either short or long-term stays. Jay was the best! He was easy to work with, great with communication and a truly great host.

Summary: This property is in a nice condo community and in a convenient location to all the basics, and still a short drive to downtown Greeley. Also super easy to get to Denver, Loveland, and Fort Collins from the condo. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive and helpful. They even put in a different kind of lock since we were moving from a different state and our arrival time was very late and we were able to get in no problem. The condo was clean and had lots of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics, etc. We stayed here for about 3 months and it was the perfect place to set up temporarily as we got to know northern Colorado. Definitely recommend if you need a short or longer term place in the Greeley/NoCo area.
