Positive: Everything was perfect . Polite staff specially the people in the reception, they let me check out later, very nice atmosphere,many things to do with bar, cafe, restaurant,pool,gym etc Secure place and very very clean

Negative: Very very few and snall things A small missunderstading in my pickup procedure A bit European prices for the meals And the forbidden of wearing swimming suit ( not speedo) in the pool. But rules are rules

Positive: One day we asked for breakfast early and they gave us carryout bags at 5:30am - the food in the bags was of very good quality - we paid a very small fee for the actual bags that's all

Positive: The staff were so helpful. 2 of our team were sick and they helped us get to the hospital. One had to stay behind and they helped with everything. The airport shuttle was great when the lift we had arranged didn’t appear and the pool was a great relief after the heat in rural areas.

Summary: It was like finding an oasis in the desert.

Positive: The location was ideal. Being at the city Centre it was very easy to access my work location , alternative transportation and nearby shopping outlets as desired. The security systems put in place were also top notch.

Negative: 1. The cigarette smell along the room corridors was not settling well with me. i don't know if smoking is permitted in the rooms coz some residents did and affected some of us who don't while moving along the corridors. 2. There is a lady staff who knocked on the doors while spraying air conditioner along the corridor during the evening hours. she would knock until you open the door even if you are in shower or sleeping just to ask if you are okay which I found annoying and as a disturbance even if she meant well.

Summary: overall, I highly recommend Quality hotel. It serves quality like its name. a great place to be.

Positive: Friendly front desk staff; comfortable bed, good shower, swimming pool, gym, and sauna. The food in the restaurant was fine, too.

Negative: The room was nice and functional, but not everything worked perfectly - some outlets and lights did not work; the mosquito net did not close fully; at arrival, the requested hotel shuttle was not there.
