Positive: Amazing location so close to the port and super friendly helpful staff. Small but very clean and functional, fantastic water pressure in shower. Quiet too.

Negative: I mistakenly thought there was a private living room - the living room is a shared space.

Positive: It felt authentically Japanese and it had an infrared Sauna in the hotel room.

Negative: When we booked the room online we were told it was a “family room” but the name “family room” didn’t correspond to any of room names on the hotel website and so we had no idea what actual room we were going to be assigned in check in. Had the correct names have been provided on the booking website, I would have actually booked the exact room that I wanted.

Summary: Very friendly and kind staff. The room had a really authentic Japanese design and feel.

Positive: The online photos don't do the place justice. I thought we were booking into an 'ok' place, but it turned out to be quite splendid.

Negative: The entrance hall and bathroom are on a motion sensor so going to the bathroom at night is a very bright experience, for everyone.

Positive: Very cute, loved the location. Nice to have some space. We booked the adjoining unit as well, so we had an entire house - was lovely to have so much space. Would happily have stayed longer.
