Summary: I spent a night with my family at this place. It is exactly the same as shown on pictures. It was clean when we arrived. Quite neighborhood. Not far from fort Jackson.

Summary: Quiet, safe family-friendly neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown Columbia. Host was a great communicator. The house was as pictured in listing (an older home). Linens were ok. We used the queen-size bed and it was very comfortable (firm mattress). The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Fridge had an ice maker; microwave was new. Husband set up computer/work space in kitchen and Wi-Fi worked great. We were comfortable, slept well, and always felt safe at this home.

Summary: The property was just as listed and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly.The back steps are a little wonky due to the height of the steps and could use a hand rail , there are a few loose tiles in the bathroom floor but aside from that we truly enjoyed the home and would stay again
