Positive: The place is nice and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the front desk who works the night shift. He is so friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about helping me. Will definitely come back again!! I would recommend the hotel to add hand soap to the room. However, this is a minor thing.

Positive: The location is excellent and only a few 100 meters from the bus depot. All of the staff were super-friendly.

Negative: Hot water in the shower seems to be an issue in Ho Chi Minh and Long Khanh. The coffeeshop on the 7th floor still had the old menu on display and did no longer have certain items on that menu.
