Positive: The staff was extremely friendly; excellent customer service. They were very helpful especially with the language barriers. Also, I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is located directly across the street from the subway and there is a grocery store adjacent to the subway entrance. They sold the best fruit! Next door to the hotel are three great restaurants! I tried all three of them. There is also a snack store in between all those restaurants. And if you'd care to take up martial arts, there was a martial arts school there. I didn't check that out but you could if you wanted to! There's an excellent hair salon to the left of the hotel across the street. It's written by men and they do an excellent job on your hair. . I always got my hair washed and blow dried there. Also down the street from the beauty shop was a place where you get a really good foot massage and a back massage. That was really great! Then on the right hand side of the hotel, across the street is a laundry service. I took my laundry there to be done at a very good price. There were other spas that one could get beauty treatments also on that same street.. There are parks down the street where you can exercise. It was a great place. I really liked it. It was centralized. I would have stayed there longer but it cost a little bit too much money for me at the time.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that one had to pay extra for a window and a wardrobe. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I'm used to when you rent a hotel room that you automatically have a window and a closet and if not a closet, a wardrobe at no extra charge. Also there's no elevator so if you have bags ask for the ground floor.

Positive: Hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful and they gave us permission to stay till 2pm, shower products were nice. Also location was great, there were lots of markets and restaurants and it was quiet over there

Negative: Room was smoked over a bit, but that wasn’t a problem. It was gone by the end of the day

Summary: I would recommend this hotel for its price

Positive: The hotel is nice, clean, and most of all very close to metro station, the stuff is very kind and available!!

Negative: The only problem is box shower unfortunately but in general everything was very good
