The location is super convenient--close to the main market, easy access to transport, and still peaceful enough to chill. Loved that balance. The cleanliness was on point. Rooms were fresh, bathrooms spotless, and even the corridors smelled nice. You can tell they care about hygiene. Comfort-wise, the bed was a dream-soft pillows, clean sheets, and good AC. slept like a baby. Would definitely rate bed comfort a 9+. The facilities were well thought out. Fast Wi-Fi, hot water 24/7, decent toiletries, and a cozy lounge area. Everything worked smoothly, no complaints The staff was super friendly and helpful. From check-in to room service, they were polite, quick, and always smiling. Big shoutout to the guy at reception who helped me with local food recommendations. For the price paid, felt the value for money was fair. You get a boutique vibe without breaking the barnk. Would love to see a few more perks added, but overall, worth it. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with good service and solid amenities, Qila Hotel is a great pick. Will definitely come back!

The property has a distinct heritage vibe and feels peaceful, spacious, and grounded in local character rather than artificial luxury. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding was fresh, the washroom was hygienic, and basic amenities were provided without any issues. The staff was polite, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. They were attentive whenever we needed assistance and made us feel safe and welcomed. The surroundings are calm and ideal for travelers who appreciate traditional architecture and a quiet atmosphere. Parking was available and we had no trouble with our vehicle at all. Like any heritage property, this place is not meant to feel like a modern chain hotel — and that’s exactly its charm.
