Positive: Great modern comfortable rooms with minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks and snacks

Negative: No breakfast possibility, complicated instructions how to get to the parking, system gets in trouble if you order more than one room.

Positive: The staff was very polite and helpfull. The hotel is well amenaged

Negative: We have booked the room and the Spa for the whole family 2 adults and 1 child(12 years old). Only upun arrival in the hotel when we saw only 1 bed and requested an extra bed for my daughter I was told that the hotel do not accept check in with children. And they can not provide us with no bed. At least thank you for letting us stay in. It was very uncomofrtable for 5 nighta to sleep in 3 on 1 bed. More over second day when we went to the Spa Terme the receptionist Francesca was very rude ordering us to leave the Spa with the child NOW and only one adult can remain in the Spa. The other one adult, again in a very rude and ordering manner Francesca odered us to leave thw Spa and return alone only when the one from the Spa will return back to the hotwl to stay with the child. That was very u pleasant experience. More than that when I wanted to address myself to Franceska to ask more staff she wouldnt even turn to me when calling her by her name. That was very very rude, same it has destroyed our holidays. Aa nobody informed us that children are not allowed neither in the hotel nor in the SPA. Also aa for the stay in the hotel it waa written breakfast included, please, the so callwd breakfast is just coffee/tea, almonds and small biscuit. I wdnt call this a breakfast

Positive: The place is amazing, the staff is extremely helpful, everything is clean, ordered and maintained. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and we will come back again.

Negative: I didn’t like the self check-in process. I definitely like the idea, but the implementation is still imperfect. It took me 20 minutes to check-in online because of multiple errors- the site would refresh without saving, the Province field couldn’t be filled in for a while, etc. And when I came to the machine the info for my second guest was missing completely and 50% of my information was altered or missing

Summary: An amazing choice is SPT, very quiet and pleasant. But self check-in process should be improved
