Positive: My key takeaway from this stay - the perfect place and the most important - the people. They make you feel at home. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in San Pellegrino. The only thing I regret - it was just one night stay. If I come back to this side of Italy, I already know where I would stay! It's a beautiful, newly renovated and cozy house. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. With welcoming San Pellegrino water and home made (!) cookies! Breakfast surprised us - fresh bread, regional cheeses and sausages, fruits, yogurt and much more. And the hospitality of the owners is exceptional. From the first minutes we felt being at home. Andrea was extremely warm and welcoming. Warm tea in the kitchen after our late check-in - minor but very pleasant gesture. And when next morning we got in trouble with our car - Andrea's helpfulness was at a top level. Even after we checked out already, he helped us to find the place where our car was towed away (my mistake not being attentive to the signs) and provided us with a ride to another town sacrificing his personal time. What a hospitality!!!

Summary: The place and its people are worth much more than 10!!!

Positive: We very very much enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful house, newly renovated (I think), super comfortable. We really appreciated that it was also very clean. The host is very nice and welcoming, breakfast lovely, really a well deserved 10/10. We will be back here if we ever return to San Pellegrino Terme.

Positive: Incredible hospitality. Andrea and his wife are so welcoming and accommodating. Great communication. Especially helpful with when & how to check-in. We dropped our bags off a little early and collected the key. Incredibly clean! Not just the room & bathroom but the whole property. I don't think I've stayed anywhere so clean. Big room and bathroom, both larger than represented in the photographs. Great heating system. Very bright room, much more so than the photos represent. Shutters to block out the light at night. Bed was extremely comfortable with double mattress (not a split version, thankfully). Impressive breakfast! Great selection, they think of everything. Balcony over looks a small square, church and the river. Restaurants and cafes very close by. Central area & spa are a short pleasant walk along the river. Apparently there are church bells but we slept so well we didn't hear them. Bikes - we borrowed a couple from Andrea and cycled along the river bike path for a few hours. It's beautiful.
