Summary: Rings were hard tile floors. Need consistent vent and looked like a thin curtain material. Towels were thread bear and worn thin.

Summary: 1- Reservation online said what you see is what you pay. I paid $30.00 more than what I saw. There were added fees that were not on the hotels.com website, plus a $50.00 security deposit. We are senior citizens not college kids. I really would like a refund of $30.00. 2-Check in was ok but the guy could have explained the hotel layout and did not. We carried bags around and around for at least 10 minutes to find to Rm 295. The maze of rooms was amazing! 3- WHen we checked in there was no elevator, asked for a 1st floor room w/ king bed and there was none. 4- The room was somewhat dirty, walls and curtains, also the morning coffee situation was great if you only loved decaf. the toilet seat was loose, the safety chain was broken, not there.

Summary: Rooms for Handicap access are far too far from the front desk. The beds are too high(elevated) for seniors and wheelchair access. Handicap rooms are too small for wheelchairs. Waterflow is pitifully too limited for bathing.

Summary: Debris all over the parking lot. Stains on sheets and bedspreads. Corners in bathroom floor dirty. Bathroom door warped and my wife got stuck. Seemingly homeless people parked at edge of parking lot. Bagel was good for breakfast. Was a real full sized everything bagel.

Summary: Tucked away. Near restaurants and some stores. Quiet. Little issue with directions given to front desk. In regards to all my guest where use there cards on check in. The first person checked in was put on my card and caused issues with my company due to what they thought was a duplicate transaction and froze my card.
