Summary: We stayed in the 'presidential suite', which was a really lovely apartment, with a stunning view over the sea. Breakfast isn't worth it - you would be better off going down to the town and eating in in one of the cafés. The one serious problem with this place is its location - it is very difficult to find, and no matter what your GPS or Google Maps says, you should go to the town first, then drive up the hill. Also, it is a long and steep walk down to the town, and a real ordeal to come back home after a couple of glasses of local wine! You have been warned. You can always drive down and back, but if you do I wouldn't recommend drinking any alcohol at all with dinner, because you'll need to be 100 percent alert driving back up.

Summary: Village atmosphere was an interesting concept but some of the design ideas were out of context eg modern art in traditional rooms. There were also modern basins and mirrors in the bathroom but no screens...thus water splash everywhere when showering. The air conditioner was also faulty and the electrical wires in rooms also detracted from from the experience.

Summary: Stunning views, a character-full property, good management and a peaceful environment made this a very relaxing an enjoyable stay. However, the height on the hill posed problems to ourselves as seniors - however there was a taxi service from nearby Agios Kirykos which overcame this. Don’t miss the wonderful nearby archaeological museum!
