Positive: I travelled alone and felt safe in the hotel - the staff were really good from the cleaners to the reception (Mohammed from reception was excellent) The waitering service was good - Anis one of young teenagers and the quality of food was excellent along with Portion sizes being big.

Negative: The hotels needs a refurbishment -fresh coat of paint - updated furnishing etc - thats why i have marked it down from 9 to 7 apart from that every else was fine
