Positive: Everybody was so incredibly kind and helpful. Wow. Beds were very comfortable. From helping with our bags, to making sure we had everything we needed, to promptly serving us breakfast each morning (whatever time we requested), Abdul and his staff were just fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Giza!

Negative: Giza is noisy at night with busy city sounds, But that also had a lot of charm and local character. We got used to it quickly and were able to sleep comfortably.

Positive: Friendliness of the owner and his son was praiseworthy. The room was clean with a view of pyramids from the balcony. Breakfast was great.

Negative: Building condition old but that is not in the hand of hotel owner. Although ear plug was given, sound at night from the road still was disturbing. I would suggest the owner to change the sliding door glass to Double or triple glaze then this problem would be solved. A worthy investment.

Positive: I am so glad that I booked this place for my stay in Giza to view the pyramids . The best part of it is the host , Abdul and his staff . From receiving us in the airport with welcome drinks and chocolates and entertaining us as a guide as well , Abdul is an amazing human being who went above and beyond to make our family safe. We felt totally safe and fully looked after . The Accomodation is clean as promised . Breakfast is more than enough and well served. You can view the pyramids from the window . Above all , one should book Abdul as a guide as he is an qualified Egyptologist , and will make sure he provide us with an interesting commentary in very good English . I , and my wife and my children felt like he was part of our family . We willl surely without doubt , will recommend him for our friends

Positive: The owner Abdul, his family and employees were all very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and keen to check that we had everything we needed. Mohamed met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel. This was included in the price. He was also happy to stop on the way so that we could get something to eat. The room was a good size, very clean (cleaned every day). Lovely clean en-suite shower/toilet with plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos, oh, and bathrobes and slippers. There was a fridge stocked with plenty of bottled drinking water which they restocked every day. A hairdryer and a kettle with teas and coffees was also in the room. There were plenty of power points, and excellent wi-fi. There was a lovely little balcony with a fabulous view of the Pyramids. Wonderful for watching the sun go down! Breakfast was included in our price and what can I say... it was terrific - plenty of fruit, Juice, yoghurt, tea, coffee, eggs, breads, honey, jam and, of course, the local speciality - 'Ful Medames'. Abdul would also arrange excursions to the famous local sights.

Negative: The only slight downer was that the room could be a bit noisy at certain times. This is because the hotel is on the main street. However the windows are double glazed, which helped. I should add that this did in no way spoil our enjoyment as we loved seeing all the local activity going on. Thank you!

Summary: A fabulous clean and friendly place to stay for visiting the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Positive: This hotel is truly exceptional. Abdul and his family go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and could not be more helpful. They are truly lovely people. They met us at the airport, arranged tours and for food to be brought to the room when we were tired after a long day. The location is excellent - close to the Pyramids and new museum. The breakfast with a view of the Pyramids was delicious and the room was comfortable and clean with lots of thoughtful touches. Great value for money. Honestly, one of the warmest welcomes and best stays we have ever had. Great Egyptian hospitality. Highly recommended.
