Positive: Instructions brief and clear. The landlord even provided salt/sauce/dressing in their kitchen, which was extremely helpful to us preparing our meals.

Positive: We got a studio downstairs and it was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and well equipped to cook a quick meal after coming back from a long day out. Nothing was missing in kitchen and bathroom, you don’t really need to bring anything with you if you do not want. The location is good, close to few beaches and to several restaurants and shop, half an hour driving from the airport. The parking space is nice and is very needed. I would for sure come back here.

Negative: Is not related to the place itself but is a general “issue” in Maui. There are many feral chickens who make a lot of noise in the early morning. If people are sensitive to noise they may consider to bring some ear protections.

Positive: We enjoyed our little condo during our short stay. Great location. Everything was great and met our expectations for the cost we paid. We love the roosters giving us a morning call. I will highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip on the way to the Road to Hana.

Negative: The whole area is a little dark if you arrive after sunset. The parking is filled with pebbles and little rocks so can be hard on a small car or sedan.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay, not too far from the Airport. We loved the beaches, it rained a lot and it was very windy... The apartment met all our expectations. A very good deal. Thanks Stefano

Negative: The Kettle would not work so we boiled water on the stove in a pan.

Summary: Our stay was excellent, very quiet location, except for the roosters.....

Positive: All needed kitchen equipment was provided. There was even an induction cooktop we didn’t use. Nice to have sofa to sit on, in addition to the chairs at kitchen/dining table. Handy base for us for pineapple farm, Iao Valley, Haleakala, Road to Hana.

Positive: We loved the location! It was off the road to hana and really close to paia beach town. It was perfect for our needs. There was a driveway with parking, so we didn't have to park on the street. We used the beach towels in the rental. We loved all the open windows and fresh air. The overhangs were oversized and didn't let in any rain, so even when it rained we could have the windows open.

Negative: We couldn't figure out the fans in either room. The fan or light would randomly turn on or turn off or wouldn't turn on or turn off. Not sure if there was a trick.

Summary: Ideal location, great stay, and open air
