Located right off of Route 30, with private parking in the back of the house
Our Home consists of a Full Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms, Livingroom with a 55” HD Tv.
And a game room, kids corner.
Shared Backyard which includes putting green and campfire area.
* The Kitchen has all new appliances including a fridge, Oven/stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, And is fully stocked with supplies.
* 3 Bedrooms are all located upstairs.

Every Bedroom Has a sound machine for a restful nights of sleep after a long days of adventure.
* 2 Full Bathrooms are located upstairs
* 1/2 Bathroom Is located on the main Floor.
* Washer and Dryer are located on the Main Floor.
* Game Room with a tv/seating area are Located in the Basement.
*Keyless Keypad is located by the main entrance.
* Free Parking for 2 Vehicles
* Parties and Large Events will not be allowed and will be strictly enforced.
* We do not provide any Bath Towels for the Hot Tub.
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. [ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. [ 2 ] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior. [ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. [ 4 ] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. [ 5 ] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee. { 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter. [ 7 ] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest. [ 8 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees. [ 9 ] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge.

Summary: This house is beautiful! Super clean, modern, wonderful amenities (my daughter loved the little kids kitchen!) and the beds are so incredibly comfortable. The house is also incredibly convenient- highly recommended!

Summary: My family and I now live in Charlotte, NC and traveled to visit our PA family. We had the most wonderful time gathering in this lovely and FUN home. It was perfect. You can hear traffic but we quickly got used to it, it wasn't a bother and there were noise machines in the bedrooms. Very clean and had everything we needed. Communicating was easy and fast. We will stay here again.

Summary: This property was perfect! It was spotless, decorated nicely, filled with amenities, and every detail was thought of and provided for. The beds were comfortable, instructions were clear, and communication was great! The location was central to many activities and great restaurants!

Summary: The house is beautiful and clean, kids enjoyed the basement playroom and golf in the backyard. The house is decorated beautifully but the problem lies in the location. The house is directly on a highway and trucks are constantly driving by AT ALL HOURS. Two bedrooms are in the front and there isn’t a sound machine or fan that can cover up the near constant sound of loud trucks driving by. We let the owners know and nothing was done to help. We ended up leaving a day early because we wanted to be able to sleep.

Summary: Great location and easy to get to. The property is as pictured. Communication is only through VRBO messaging but John responded quickly and was very helpful. It rained nearly every day we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the putting area hardly at all. However it is a nice place. On our last day hurricane Helene came through our community and so we needed to stay a little longer. Although this property was already booked John worked hard to help us find other lodging. The house was clean. The reason for 4 stars was this is a pet friendly property and there was pet hair on our bed so we had to wash the linens before we could sleep. But all in all it’s a wonderful place you will most definitely enjoy.
