Negative: 1. The pillow choices were limited and disappointing. 2. Breakfast was dismal. Very limited selection and was worse off than the Astana wing whose hotel rate costs less per night. 3. My booking category via booking.com indicated an inclusion for late check out at 6pm which was disputed by the front desk. Very misleading inclusion by Bookings.com which led to alot of unpleasantness and was ultimately resolved after much persuasion which shouldn't have been the case. 4. In total, we have done a total of 51 nights in total from 2024-2025 at the Astana Wing + Puteri Wing Riverside Majestic Hotel so far and will probably relook at our options when we next travel to Kuching in 3mths time.
