Positive: We extended our stay for two nights for two deluxe rooms with balcony as the farmhouse was so tranquil and peaceful. From the moment we enquired about the place, Udai was super responsive which gave your the assurance that customer service really matters for the farmhouse team. From the moment we arrived, Vish was attentive and made sure we had a wonderful stay. From Maya’s beautiful smile and the staff’s friendly nature, the farmhouse team made sure we were comfortable. Vish worked with you on the menu for the day, and Om the chef, the best food we had on our India trip. We still talk about the food and how we loved it, fresh and all local products from the farm. The room was super clean, beautifully set and decorated. The bathroom products amazing. The swimming pool and the surrounding areas were so relaxing, really got to embrace the natural surroundings.

Positive: This was one of the best accommodations that we stayed at during our time in India. The service provided by Vish and his team was exceptional in every way. I was surprised to learn that Vish wasn't the owner as he shows such love and dedication to his job, which is such a rare find these days in the world of hospitality. During a conversation with Vish I expressed my love of cooking so he arranged for me to have two cooking sessions with their amazing Chef, Om, who also showed such love towards his work and always being at hand to ensure we were always happy and our needs were catered for. The room is both large and stylish and we slept so well on the lovely big bed. The building and grounds are constantly being maintained with the added benefits of a yoga shala, an above-average size pool, and located a short distance from the town centre of Pushkar. My only regret was that we split our time in Pushkar between two accommodations and we instantly regretted not booking Pushkar Organic for the whole duration when we arrived at our next location. Pushkar Organic isn't just a place to stay, it's a place to switch off, dip in and out of Pushkar town, let your mind switch off, chat with the staff like you're being welcomed into a friend's home. Vish; thank you so much for helping us create beautiful memories of India and experience such amazing hospitality. Your staff are a reflection of you in so many ways and we feel so lucky to have found your place. We can't wait to return and stay for longer.

Positive: We’ve stayed here (2) times now, each feeling more and more like home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and warm, the food is fresh and something I’ll keep looking forward to enjoying, with the room always so comfortable and warm even in the cold months! When staying here, you’re taken care of. From the booking process, to meals, and everything in between: this stay is just incredibly accommodating and makes everything so easy for their guests. I stayed here with my family which includes two toddlers and everyone is so welcoming and willing to accept the chaos of children in such a beautifully serene environment. I miss the everybody there and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you guys!!

Unfortunately, i only stayed for one night, I wish i had been lucky enough to stay much longer. My time at the farm was one of the big highlights of my time in India!

Positive: The property has charm: green surroundings; a beautiful mid-century modern building with a large marble interior, minimally furnished to maintain its cool dimensions; airy bedrooms - with balconies; nicely home cooked vegetarian food; all a heartbeat away from Pushkar's vibrant centre. The owner, Udai, makes careful contact in advance, checking food and alcohol requirements prior to arrival. We had to modify our booking because of travel cancellations; he was warm and helpful about this. Vish the manager and Om (cook, laundry and most visible team member) were very helpful too. Om's home-style food is cooked with care and obvious love. However, the hotel charges premium rates for this very simple fare, ₹1500 per person for dinner (before tax) with no choice of menu. It is (self) served, from electric serving bowls, at a pre-ordered time, in a large, refectory type dining hall; no table settings; no table lighting, no candles, no flowers and so cold we had to eat in our coats and gloves. Breakfast was an equally minimal choice (pre-ordered) with some fruit laid out - this time outside - again no table settings and also eaten in coats and hats because of the unfortunate colder morning weather (even in late January). There are no cosy, intimate - or warm - eating spaces at Pushkar Organics. There is also nowhere 'soft' to sit down inside, just the large refectory type room. It has the vibe of a retreat centre rather than a hotel. Nothing wrong with that, but it charges high prices (over ₹16000 a night during our stay) for this uniquely 'organic' proposition. There is a fine line between minimalist and stark; between simplicity and lacking detail, which I think Pushkar Organics crosses. Especially at the 5 star prices it charges. There is also intermittent, but routine noise - music from nearby hotels and barking dogs - which spoils the effect of its apparently tranquil setting.

Positive: It was truly fantastic! The peace, the relaxation, enjoying the swimming pool… it was exactly what I needed after traveling through the chaos of India for a while. Having breakfast in complete peace, surrounded by nature. It was really amazing! You simply won’t find a stay like this anywhere else in India.

Negative: In India during the festival time - Dussehera and Diwali - , and during the wedding season, sometimes the music outside the farm can get loud. Nothing they can do, but the do provide earplugs for free if you want them. Fortunately, it stopped a little after 10pm.

Summary: A relaxed, easygoing stay in the middle of nature.
