Positive: Breakfast was great. Room size and layout was good. Property was nice.

Negative: Room was not very clean. Sheets were dirty and had to request new ones on first night. Remote control for tv was very dirty. Couch and floor were not clean. Lots of scrapes on the walls missing paint. Trim from bathroom door was in very poor condition and heavily scraped up. Pool had lots of debris in it. Room was manzanilla.

Summary: Food and grounds were nice but I was very disappointed with my room especially given the high cost.
