Positive: House was very clean, lots of activities like ping pong, & the hook game. Pool was lovely. Any issues that came up the owner was extremely nice & and accommodating!
Negative: Could use a few more pans in the kitchen. The canal needs to be cleaned out. Unfortunately, we could not use the canal as the water level was way too low.

Positive: The place has been taken care of with love. You notice it right when you enter the door. From the decor to the little extras that John and Monika left for our welcome package. We were a family of 8 so sleeping for all of us was very comfortable and 3 full baths helped immensely. My nephews and niece and my own kids enjoyed the pool table and the game room it definitely made them forget about their electronics. The outside with the pool was amazing and we were able to use the bbq when we had my cousin come with their kids. Overall I would definitely book this place as it was very central to all the places that we visited but also felt like home.
Negative: We loved everything about this place!

Positive: The owners of the house, John and Monika, made sure that we felt warmly welcomed and also made sure that everything went well during our stay. Our children especially enjoyed the pool table and the game room. The location of the house is good and the area is safe, a short distance to the beach, but also quick access to highways. The house also has a lot of hobby equipment, for example fishing gear we used to fish Barracuda from the dock in the backyard.
Negative: During our stay, John made sure everything went well and responded to our messages quickly, so nothing to complain about. There is a fire station in the nearby area, so sometimes the sound of emergency vehicles can be heard from the road. However, this did not bother us much.
Summary: The house had everything we needed and more. Our family had a great time!

Positive: My family of eight used all the the amenities the property offered. The rental was spacious and clean.The was host was extremely attentive to our needs, readily available and courteous.
Negative: Unfortunately, the dock would collect a lot a debris as it was was located at the end of a canal.In all fairness to the property owner that was something beyond their control. However we were still able to use the paddle boards that came with the rental and had a great time exploring the canals.
Summary: Great bang for the buck!

Positive: Lovely house, very modern and clean. The chilldren loved the warm swimming pool, paddle boarding and pool table. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking utensils and spices etc. and a lovely touch to find cold drinks in the fridge on arrival. A short drive to the supermarket and a great restaurant just a short walk away. Very easy check in and check out, would definitely recommend.
Negative: It was a bit of a drive to the beach, but there was parking available close to the shore, so not really a problem. Otherwise everything was great.
Summary: Great stay, fabulous house.
