Positive: Nice room, nice view, nice bed sheets

Negative: The hotel is nice and modern but the service is lacking in hospitality and genuine concern for their guests. We arrived around 1pm at reception only to be told that our room WAS available (check in is at 3pm) but I had to pay an extra €89 to get my room....that i already paid for!!! To use the skybar JUST to have a drink i had to pay €25 entrance fee even though i am already a guest staying there. I ask reception to call me a taxi at check out time and i have to pay €4 JUST for them to make a call. This hotel.is what we calll a "Money Satan", they want to squeeze every cent out of thwir guests when other other offer the basics for free. GREEDY!!! I will never stay at The Pullman chain again
