Summary: The apartment is lovely. Just as shown. Bed is very comfortable! (not easy to find). Sunny and quiet. But walk 1, 2 blocks to a great area. If you want to avoid the tourists and just be in a real French neighborhood, this is for you. But if you want to go there (St Michel, Louvre, all that), it's very easy. Metro Pernety 2 blocks. Or walk in some cases, if you’re a walker. The stairs were no problem at all for us. Only warning: if you are a "large" person in any sense of that word, the bathroom will be a challenge.

Summary: We had been in Europe for 25 days when we arrived at this gem of an apartment in Paris. The apartment was COMPLETELY appointed with every appliance, every kitchen tool, etc. and even local travel guide books. VERY Close to Metro and bus lines that take you to anywhere you want to go. Within 100 yards of the front door there are bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. We absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting a clean, cute, safe, Parisian experience.

Summary: We were fortunate to stay in this lovely flat for three nights as part of a 10-day stay in France. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed and organized, very comfortable and convenient to public transportation. We would certainly book again. Communication was clear and very helpful, and check in was in-person and welcoming.

Summary: Loved this place. Clean, well appointed, nice area 2 Blocks from Pernety metro stop. Great communication with host. Couple hiccups with understanding wifi, exit protocols, but host was super available. Highly recommended

Summary: This was our second stay in this pleasant apartment. It is situated just a few minutes from the metro and buses, rue Raymond Losserand with all its little bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, restaurants etc. and in easy walking distance to the beautiful rue Daguerre. The bathroom is very small even for Parisian standards, but has everything one needs. A great place to stay in Paris

Summary: truly enjoyed staying at this property. great location, easy access to metro and montparnesse station. host responded quickly to any needs and/or concerns. just be aware that this apartment is on the third floor; there is no lift. lissa very helpful getting our 'stuff' down to the bottom floor when we checked out. if you crane your neck out the living room window, you can see the tower at night!

Summary: Only thing I would say is it’s compact. That’s not a negative just a statement. Great apartment, great location for sightseeing Paris. Close to metro and plenty of food/shops. Great decor as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat (just me and the wife though)
