Summary: I recently stayed at Pullman Dakar Teranga and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the quality toiletries to the fresh linens and daily housekeeping. I will definitely be returning and recommending Pullman Dakar Teranga to friends and family.

Summary: Great hotel, but poor service standards. The hotel needs to train staff to speak in English and to address basic customer service issues.

Summary: Did not find the level of overall value would expect with a Pullman property. Room was dark, dirty, stain on headboard, dirt on floor, knicks on wall. Strong food odor in hallway on floor. Umbrellas at pool not properly weighted and blew over - bumping head while laying on deck chair. Staff inside not helpful with getting ice. Front desk staff were delightful, helpful with luggage and very friendly during check in and out. They were bright spot during the stay.

Summary: The property is superb. The facilities are amazing including the fitness center and the multiple pools. The design of the hotel is excellent. The staff and service are incomparable. I highly recommend.
