Positive: Quality of the room, very spacious and comfortable. Amenities working well. As the staff does not speak English they all use automatic translator and they are extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet!

Negative: Unfortunately the swimming pool was not open. Location selected for business so not too much site to visit close by.

Negative: The carpet in the room was stained, which was not a pleasing sight. Plus the property needs an upgrade of switches and fixtures.

Negative: Lobby has no atmosphere. The WiFi was very poor which is unacceptable for any five star hotel. There's also very few restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel.

Positive: Amazing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners for the good price!!! Huge space in room. Very supportive personal! especially - Robin, who was on reception/entrance. He can speak perfectly English and supported a lot!

Positive: Good place for my work. Good breakfast. A lot of bottles with water in the room.

Negative: Hot water was with low pressure and as well I had to wait some minutes when it become really hot. Low quality internet. I booked a room for 2 person, but breakfast was for 1 person only.
