Positive: Location and staff were very good

Negative: A lot of lies in description Reception doesn’t work 24 hours Nobody told how to open the front door at night , when we already were living in the hotel. Main doors were blocked and we were calling to the only cell number in the description and lady there just hang up the phone Nobody cleaned the room by default (as in all hotels normally) , only when you’re asking

Summary: It is not bal location but extremely overpriced

Positive: The location is very good. Calle Lomo is a pedestrian street with beautiful houses and cozy restaurants. There is even a psychedelic/surrealist graffitti, which can be classified as street art. The room is eqipped with everything it can accommodate. I liked the English breakfast, but you can have jam and butter, or some kinds of fruits.

Negative: My room was extremely small, I'm not the demanding type. The whole unit is cca 4x2,3 m, which includes the bed, the bathroom with shower and a antechambre. You can jump into the bed from the door.

Positive: We loved our stay at Puerto Azul. Our room was spacious and clean. We loved the free coffee and tea available all day. The location was perfect to explore the city. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Negative: The mirror in the room had not been cleaned.

Positive: Location excellent/free water, juice, coffee and tea in foyer was a welcome bonus. Rooftop seating comfortable and beach towels in room was a nice touch. Showers were great

Positive: Nice small hotel, central location & modern enough. We had a top floor terrace room which was very private & spacious. We were cold at night but luckily there were two duvets available which also acted as mattress protectors.

Negative: Although tea & coffee are free on ground floor, which is great. No tea or coffee in your room, just a kettle!. You have to remember to collect it before you retire to bed. Bed not very comfy. Also the no bin thing ? Everyone has garbage, we made our own trash bin.
