Summary: Setting was beautiful, clean, relaxing. Food was excellent with tons of options at their various restaurants. But by far the best part, the level of service from ALL of the staff was what made for a truly memorable experience from start to finish - extremely hard working, attentive, pleasant each and every single day. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: The local tax charged was $212 not the $21.20 clearly stated on hotels.com contract. Apparently they did not inform hotels.com of a new sanitation tax which is about $20 per night per room.

Summary: This resort is amazing. Its right by the beach, the pool is fantastic, the food options are first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. A special shout out to Leonardo, our server at breakfast, and Ivan who server food and drinks by the pool - both went above and beyond. Strongly recommend you stay here.

Summary: We've been going to Pueblo Bonito Blanco now for over 10 years, once or twice a year. Always a pleasure. Every room has a great ocean view. Excellent food options (including dining at the sister resort, Sunset, on the Pacific side). The staff are all unfailingly friendly and helpful. Nice beach and pools. The place has some classic charm that a lot of the newer resorts don't have. A bit of advice: If at all possible, avoid ANY beach resort like this during college breaks. The college crowd are drunk and crude and tend to spoil vacations for people who want a pleasant experience.
