From the astonishing views, to the beautiful, tidy and functional room in a traditional Greek style, to the customized breakfast served in a basket out of our room door every morning. The owners are great and help you with anything (e.g., tips on beaches, help with renting vehicles) you may need to make your stay in Folegandros great.

Negative: Nothing. It was just great.

Summary: A place that will make your time in Folegandros amazing. I would go back tomorrow.

Positive: I travel a lot and usually have very high standards when it comes to where I stay — Provalma Suites met them 100%. This is a beautiful family-run hotel, and you can feel the difference right away. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They introduced themselves when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt peaceful and well cared for. They also gave us great tips about what to see and do on the island, which really helped us enjoy our time there. What really stood out was how much they cared: when we had a problem with our car on a Sunday, they helped us find the right people to fix it — even though they didn’t have to. That kind of support means a lot when you’re far from home. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed, not just in Greece, but anywhere. I would absolutely come back.

Positive: Provalma in Ano Meria was a beautiful location to settle in for a few days on Folegandros. The room was equipped with a small kitchen & items necessary to cook & make coffee. We were served breakfast in our room each morning that consisted of choices we made from their menu of mostly cold items like yogurts, cereal, fruit, cold cuts, cheese. Boiled egg, savory pastry, fresh OJ, milk & coffee were served as well. Beach towels & separate pool towels were provided. The views were beautiful with the ability to see both sides of the island/sea… though we were unable to see the sunsets from this location. A free pickup & return to the port were both provided. A car/scooter is needed to explore or go to restaurants.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: A lovely, though very windy stay in mid October, at this location!

Positive: A beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting. The views from the bedroom and pool are stunning. Yiannis was very friendly and helpful with great tips for restaurants and walks. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay!

Negative: Because the hotel is a bit out of town, you need to hire a car to get around. However, this also means that the hotel enjoys maximum tranquility. We really didn't want to leave! 😊
