Positive: Easily accessible, the hotel is very clean & tidy and well lit. My family and I had a very relaxing stay, though short. The staff were accomodating and willing to help.

Negative: It would be more convenient not to put chairs in certain designated areas just for aesthetics if people should not sit on them. It is rude to tell people who are a bit exhausted from a journey with children to get up from a chair after being seated.
