The property is located in Calvados; at the entrance to Beuvron-en-Auge, a village labelled as "Most Beautiful Villages in France™", 2 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Deauville and 15 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg. It is nestled in a green setting of 6 hectares, of which 2 hectares are landscaped. The location is exceptional, bucolic and without any nuisance, without being isolated. A small pond completes this property.
The mansion, dating from the middle of the 19th century, has a surface area of 220 m2. It consists on the ground floor of an entrance, a living room, a dining room with a fireplace, a large bathroom with a bath/shower, separate toilets and a kitchen. On the 1st floor, there are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor, a large relaxation room of 75 m2 with TV and ping-pong table.
The property also includes two timbered houses, typical of the Norman style. The first is a 40m² guest house featuring a double bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom on the upper floor equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The second house measures 55m² and includes, on the ground floor, a large French billiards table, a piano, a drum set, a small kitchen, and a shower room. On the mezzanine level, there is a double bed.
A 14 x 6m heated swimming pool (open from June) and a recently built tennis court (2021) with a basketball hoop, space to play football (2 goals) and numerous terraces adorn the property. A BBQ and an outdoor ping-pong table are also available.
All houses have high-speed wi-fi connection via fibre optics. All linen is provided.

Many activities are available a short distance from the property: beaches, golf, horse riding, and visits to cider and calvados producers. Summary: If you want a luxury holiday in the beautiful Normandy countryside, you won’t find a better property than this. Everything is spot on. The local village is walking distance (15 minutes) if you like a stroll to the Boulangerie in the morning, and there are plenty of sights to see within 1 hour in the car. Highly recommended.

Summary: What an amazing place! Each of the houses are so beautifully maintained and furnished, while still so comfortable. Our family of 7 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 3 teens) had the most wonderful week here. Whether we were gathered on the terrace, or around the dining table, there was always plenty of room and gorgeous views. Even though you are minutes away from two beautiful towns, when you are at the house, you feel like you are far out in the countryside - no traffic noise, nothing but the bird songs! Easy drive to Bayeux, Normandy Beaches, and CDG airport. We are all dreaming of our return trip!
