Summary: First thing first, the communication was great. The home is exactly as described. It was big enough to accommodate my stay comfortably. The neighborhood was friendly and I didn't feel unsafe at anytime. Overall it was good, I would definitely reccomend.

Summary: The app gave wrong number Lock and we couldn't enter the house for 2 hours trying to get someone to assist me online until I spoke through the door control and the owner gave me the correct lock number

Summary: We have most of our family in Winder and needed a space for 4 of us to stay while we were “home” for Thanksgiving. Erica’s house was perfect for us- we even had a few family members come over for a visit after Thanksgiving lunch. Quiet, clean and well equipped for doing some cooking!

Summary: House was clean and comfortable. Hosts were great as the house was well stocked. The house had 4 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms as advertised. Thank you to the hosts for helping us have a great trip to see children in Athens!

Summary: Easy access when arrived and nice that house was at the end of the cul-de-sac. Behind the house was a small grassy area, patio, and trees - not another house. Lot of space because furniture is kept to a minimum - need a few chairs or a loveseat so all can sit, converse, watch TV together, etc. Appreciated the w/d and dishwasher. A kitchen or dining room table would also be very helpful (there are 3 tall bar stools). The house stayed cool and each room had its own fan/cooling system too. Just a few blocks away is a basketball court, volleyball court (and I think a pool) that a renter may use. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The Winder location was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay.
