You'll have full access to the entire space, including the private covered patio. Having been to Hawaii and the Caribbean many times, the sunsets from this Patio are some of the best we've ever seen.

Summary: Nice vibe in the neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive. Clean place and well maintained. My only issue was the parking...I had an SUV and had no idea the spot was that tight. Needed many people looking as I squeezed in without hitting the column or car next to me. Should let people know that. But great stay!
