Summary: Certainly right about it being warm! For the middle of summer was too warm with no way to cool it down other than 2 small windows. Also didn’t help that they have polar fleece sheets and pillow cases. Couldn’t sleep in the beds.

Summary: Cute little self contained studio (garage conversion) - suited more to 2 adults. We were 4 adults and it was quite tight as there was no room to move at all with the sofa bed out and no inside area to eat. The included breakfast was good. Overall, a nice little place for an overnight stay.
