Positive: The location as it was not crowded and noisy. It was really a private place and only 5 minutes drive to Urbiztondo beach. We really had a wonderful and quiet time in the private property. Even our poodle loved the place so much! I was fortunate to meet the owners who were very accommodating to us.

Summary: We enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights in the place. Loved waking up in a very quite atmosphere.

Positive: outside living room, closed bedrooms. with lovely garden. will go again.

Negative: need your car or a trike to the popular beaches, however, we came home twice walking with 6 and 8 yo. about 2,5km to urbiztondo Beach.
