Summary: We had no trouble finding the property. We did have trouble accessing the email on the VRBO platform after flying. We could not access the correct gate code even though it was sent to us. After trying various versions of the 1st door code we received, we called VRBO customer service and were given the correct gate code. What we did not receive was futher access instructions to another room off the garage access door with a second door code. The VRBO room is NOT up three flights of stairs and in what seems like a hostel situation with multiple rooms for day sleepers. The VRBO room is downstairs and there will be 2 different codes for access. Please be sure you are aware of this before arriving. I wasn't and we ended up rebooking elsewhere at our own expense. So learn from my fail.

Summary: This a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It provided a parking space which is a plus and it is about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Colma BART station. We felt very safe walking at night from train station to this private unit. The communication with Zack was superb. Zack will reply in a timely matter. It was very clean unit.

Summary: Although the listing is part of a residence, the room has private access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was great about communicating and keeping us informed throughout the stay. My son and I navigated SF area exclusively using nearby public transit. Every morning we graba bed breakfast at family owned donut shop.

Summary: It was a good location, enough space and we got help from the Owner when we had any questions! However the listing photos were very confusing as it showed me the whole house, but we only rented one room downstairs!! Otherwise, great stay!
