Summary: Nice quiet location. Corner of bed frame can be deadly for your shins! Lock never worked on the door so place wasn’t very secure, but had no problems. Would consider staying here again as I am sure the owner will take care of those little problems.

Summary: I am so grateful to have had Jessica’s place to stay when we first arrived in Bakersfield. She is the sweetest and a very communicative host! The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet, and the studio was roomy & comfortable enough for us to stay 10 days as I started work. Snickers LOVED the yard to hang out in while it was still warm! My only suggestion would be an outdoor LED light for the backyard maybe, since I worked some nights and would come home in the dark. Even so, sleeping during the day was easy with the room-darkening curtains. Jessica’s place was a perfect home away from home when we needed it!
